ted arch support, terry loop cushioning through the footbed, flat toe seam, breathing toe box, ultra re-inforced on the heel and ball of the foot. It is insulating, soft and durable, wicking moisture away like nothing you’ve ever experienced. They are a little heavier and more cushioning than you would expect but truly maintain your body temp without trapping excess heat.

Exceptionally durable for outdoor activities, long distance running, eighteen holes, or just knocking around town in your sneakers. These socks are incredibly easy to care for and due to their antimicrobial properties, feel free to wear them a few times before washing. But when they do need to be cleaned, simply machine wash on the warm or cool setting, then toss them in the dryer.

Sock Sizing
Socks should fit as comfortably as any other garment. The heel should rest on your heel—not under it (as with a sock that’s too small) or halfway up your Achilles (as with a sock that’s too large). The sock should be snug against your foot with no sagging fabric. The toe seam should lie flat across the top of your toes.

Here at The Buffalo Wool Co., our yarn bases for all our gear is (and will always be) natural fibers. This means that the internal structure of your socks (the parts that touch your skin) will be made from bison fiber, merino wool, mulberry silk, and other 100% natural fibers.
The overall composition (the parts that touch your skin plus everything else) will include other materials like nylon or polyester. This is done to make the sock more durable and ensure that your socks work (and play) as hard as you do.

Getting my son pinned down to leave a review takes an act of congress and two weeks of deliberations, so I’m leaving this for him.
He says these socks are perfect for hiding down in his docksiders during the summer. Beautifully cushioned yet sit just out of sight so those ankles can catch some sun rays.
And as always, no matter how hard he sweats his feet and his socks just smell clean.
Bison wool is truly an amazing thing.

I love love love these socks! I bought them 2 years ago at a local buffalo ranch in Tennessee just to try them. I didn’t get Around to wearing them as it was winter and I like taller socks in the cold. Come summer I thought they would be too thick and hot. This winter I was struggling with cold toes all the time (reynauds) so pulled these out for bedtime. I loved them so much I google searched the brand and found this store! So I ordered three different types. These are my new favorites, even more than my Sockwells , farm to feet, or darn tough socks (I have become a sock snob.) They are not too hot or thick for warm weather. The compression socks are awesome at work (nursing) and most nights Ihave a pair of sleep socks on.

To be honest buy them just because like bisons.
But get a nice surprise, in fact I am wearing them for the first time. Nice feeling, structure. Thick in the right amount.

Every day year round I spend in cowboy boots and by the end of the day my socks are soaked. Use foot powder and different specialty socks to stop it. After day one with BWC socks I was super impressed. Even in 90 degree weather. Took my boots and socks off and feet were dry. Plus they are super comfortable on my feet. Just ordered 6 more pair.

I decided to try these socks, so I ordered a pair. When I got them, I immediately put them on and wore them around (and ordered 3 more pair). They fit perfectly, and that is rare for me with having small feet. I usually have to buy socks in the children’s section. They are so comfortable, supportive and “squishy”. I took a chance and wore them in the 80+ degree weather today; my feet never overheated and there was no foot odor. I love them.

These socks are AWESOME! Perfect for everyday wear in regular ole non-apocalyptic conditions, AND times when you may need to hide out in an underground bunker for a week or two. Soft, squishy, and of course the bison and merino make them anti-stank. If you need some shorties for your collection (and you definitely DO), look no further than the BOSS! I have one of each color, but my favorite is the Natural one. There is something about this color fiber that makes me like it better!
I have a pair os snickers that I could never use without getting really bad reel blisters. But with the B.O.S.S. I can now wear them with no problems! It is super comfortable.
C’mon, I even spent 7 days with this socks with no issues at all! Even when it was a 100 degrees outside, or 50 degrees raining!

Second time I've ordered these for the husband. Best testament......he asked for more!!!! He is an avid golfer and loves how they keep his feet dry and cushioned from winter through summer.
P.S. He also wanted more Jerky for those rounds. He only shares the jerky with those who are worthy.......and added the hat just cause....but we did add a beaded band.

Love the B.O.S.S. socks so much!!! I've been wearing them almost every day this summer, and I think they'll be even better during the fall and winter seasons. My wife and I own several pairs of BWS. We walk a minimum of 10,000 steps every day come rain come shine come heat come cold, come inside come outside. No stik, no sweat just comfort. We have bought them as gifts as well. They are the bests for hunting. Easy to wash and quick to dry. So far we haven't worn out a pair yet. Expensive to buy but save lotsa money in the long run. Highly recomend

These socks will not disappoint. The fit is good and the wearability is excellent. I bought the three pack and was thinking the price was a little high, but after receivers and wearing, no complaints on the $$ spent. Sure, we would all like to pay less do everything, but in the end, these socks should outlast anything else you can buy.

These socks are soft and comfy and just thick enough. I play pickleball regularly and walk every day and the cheap socks from the big box store weren't thick enough and wore out quickly but I never seemed to find something to use instead. A few years ago I bought the Yellowstone crew socks for hiking and wearing in the winter (I'm in So Cal) and it finally dawned on me to try the BOSS socks. Now I can NEVER be without them!
