About the silversmith: Albert Jake, born in 1959 on the Zuni Pueblo, currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He learned the art of silversmithing from his parents and began creating jewelry in 1987. Albert specializes in traditional stone-setting and cluster jewelry, featuring intricate stamp work reminiscent of the styles from the 1930s and 1940s. He is renowned for the precise detail and execution of his work and for the fine, natural stones he consistently uses in his pieces.
