Seriously warm. Surprisingly soft.
Our Pro-Gear Technical Bison and Silk Boot Socks have all the special features to fit your boot needs. We created a sock from Bison down and silk that will keep your feet warm and dry all winter long.
This sock has a terry loop cushioned footbed, vented and structured instep for a smooth fit, terry loop 4" x 4" shin pad and just enough spandex to hold it above your 12" boot top...but not enough to cut down circulation. Nylon over-plaited in the toe and way up past the heel for long smooth wear. Seriously warm. Surprisingly soft. The perfect sock for your ski boots, heavy winter snow boots or city rain boots. You will feel the difference that bison can make in your socks.

My wife like the fit of these socks and so do I but I’m a short sock guy, I’ve purchased the same size and style but your all sold and I’m waiting for you to make more and I’ll make another purchase of 3. The ones I have are wearing thin.
For the material density that it has, I found the Pro-Gear Tech Bison/Silk Boot Socks insulated better than I expected. The socks were used primarily as an all-around socks--indoors/outdoors. In below freezing temperatures with wind chill factor in a pair of sneakers, my feet were surprisingly warm doing light-moderate yard work and going on an afternoon walk. Even after an hour walking my toes were still warm. I found that testing the socks with sneakers instead of winter boots gave me a better indication of its quality. Great stuff!!
Today it is 85* here in Louisville KY!
I’ve not tried on my new socks but because I’ve another pair and I’ve also worn a pair of my husband’s,
I’m going to tell you how happy I will be to wear my new ones … just as soon as there’s a chill in the air! I love my old pair that was a surprise gift from you, and David truly loves both of his pairs. I think he’s wearing a pair today with sandals even tho’ it’s 85
degrees!!! ❌⭕️❌⭕️Thank you!
These are for my daughter who has put them on more than once for a day at work. The sock is just as fabulous as the others. Being warm, wonderful fit, and even softer than the others she has received from Buffalo Wool. She makes the comment that the softness is more than any other selection I have gotten for her and she loves them more than the other selections.
The socks are very comfortable and keep my feet warm in most average 40 degree weather. My feet (toes) freeze anywhere below 60 degrees. So, your socks did very well. I work and walk on concrete all day. That does not help.
We love all of the socks we have received so far and will buy more.
I got these socks to use as base layer socks inside my Treckker hiking socks to use in my KEEN winter boots. They worked great with no rubbing on a winter 10 mile hike. A good pairing.
A hunting buddy of my husband gave him a pair of these socks for Xmas. My husband was so impressed with them he bought me 3 pair. The are so comfortable I just like to wear them around the house in the morning when the floors are cold. They are amazing out hunting. My feet haven’t been uncomfortably cold even in the snow at single digit temps. They seem to wear really well as my husband has 1 pair that have lived through 2 hunting seasons and he destroys socks and boots. Probably the best socks we have ever had and intend to buy more for ourselves and loved ones.
