As Advertised+A Whole Lot More

I was blessed/cursed at birth with a massive noggin. Blessed because I survived a very rough and tumble childhood without any concussions, cursed because finding outerwear that fits well and is pliable enough to avoid over stretching has always been a struggle for me. Until I discovered the Buffalo Wool Company...their neck gaiter is unlike anything I have ever worn, works phenomenally well at regulating body temperature in extreme cold and wind, and is so damn comfortable I sometimes forgot I was even wearing it. Worth every penny, I’d say I would buy it again, but it’s so well made I highly doubt I’ll ever have to buy another one. Superb product.

Best Christmas gift EVER!!!!

Living on working cattle ranch winter time here in East Texas can be cold!! Us Texans don’t know how to dress for it!! I saw an article on the warmth of the Buffalo hair. Working out in the cold and wind feeding cows your face and neck get cold and chapped. So I got both boys and my brother the gaiter neck scarfs for Christmas. That day they started wearing them. I have been told numerous times they are they best they’ve ever warn!! All have tested them when we got 4inches of snow last week!!
Great purchase and there’s nothing better than giving a Christmas present they actually like and use!!
Picture is the 4 and 5 generation ranchers building a snowman and wearing his Buffalo Gaitor.

Warmest Neck Gaiter

Buffalo wool material makes a superior neck warmer when the cold winds start blowing here in New England.

good overall

Overall, it's a good product and I really like combining it with a cap. It can be prickly and there are times when I think it's a little too warm, so I'll have to consider ordering the lighter version sometime.

Warm, toasty and as advertised

I was able to use the gaiter this past weekend. Mornings were cold (for me) and I stayed comfortable. To be fair, it was probably low 40's but coming out of another S. Texas summer, where we were in the 90's just last week, I was chilled. It's soft, not scratchy, holds it's shape and is worth every nickel. Can't wait for real cold weather to really try it out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Freezer Worker

I left a review also under the Extreme Gear Bison Gloves including the Extreme Gear Neck Gaiter, but in short, I love being able to work in -20 degrees fahrenheit for 10 hours a day, 40 hours a week being totally comfortable and warm and still being able to breathe freely through the natural fibers, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Warmest gaiter yet!

I am a lover of neck gaiters. They are a remarkable way to stay warm in cold weather. Having said that, the Buffalo Wool Co. gaiter is exceptionally warm. Far better at that than anything else I have found. It is, of course, wool, so expect some itchiness, but it is WARM! It would be ideal if BWC could manage to sew a soft inner layer - nothing could beat that.

Great as a Winter neck gaiter in place of a scarf

Worked absolutely great this Winter to keep the Arctic-like winds off my exposed neck & chin when it was under 25F & down to -20F with 20 m.p.h. winds. It was my 1st Winter ever wearing a neck gaiter, I've been missing out.

From the photos I thought it might be too big or thick, but it wasn't.

Unlike with a scarf, I wouldn't hesitate to use power tools while wearing it.
It easily & quickly fits inside my jacket pocket when I get too hot. Can't really do that with a scarf.
The only improvement I could think of was if it was ribbed lengthwise. Maybe? That said, I liked it so much I bought a spare in case anything happened to it.

Great item!

The extreme neck gator is comfortable, plenty long enough, versatile, and warm. Couldn’t ask for more.

Really warm. Also really itchy at first. I’m soaking it in hair conditioner as I’ve been told that can help. Others recommend Unicorn Fiber Rinse.

Pleased

It’s large enough to go up over the head and protect the ears… and is still snug just fitting around the neck. Just a small touch of an itch… but it is Soft and warm and fine Buffalo fibre

Great Christmas Gift

I bought one for my husband and one for myself. It is so nice and warm. I love it. Unfortunately, my husband will have to wait until Christmas for his. If it starts snowing here this month, he may get it early.

Mike M. (Mississippi, United States)

Since it is summer in Mississippi, I have not used the neck gaiter. However, the gaiter appears to comfortable to be made extremely well, and I look forward to using it in the mid-west this November.
