Still not sure how your product is sourced but the buffalo and and the original Americans were closest to the land before we started poisoning everything
to make it better. Did we really improve the land or just rearrange it to make dollars?
Nicely made and so warm. 😊
The fit seems perfect and I wear a 7.5 size hat. While it has not been cold hear in Illinois yet I can tell it is going to be very warm with no itching . Great looking as well.
High quality beanie. It’s super well made and worth the money.
Bought as a gift for my buddy, right before a spring storm in CO. He loved it and his son said “it’s cool and it fits my head, must be for me”!! Great product from a unique company
Big, thick, and soft, this beanie has kept my head and ears warm in 20F with 20mph wind chill. It's kept my head as warm as wool hats that were twice as thick while being softer and almost zero itch-factor, unlike other wools. Since it's wool it absorbs and releases moisture and sweat well, and it repels skin and hair oil so it doesn't have that "hat smell" a cotton or synthetic beanie might after an 8 hour shift working outside. The bison was an important part of my ancestors' culture, and while I might live in the city it feels good to carry that tradition on with an American-made quality piece. Their promise to being committed to the conservation and promotion of the American bison and the folk who raise them is very important to me as well, you can see the passion not just for the animal but for making a good product.
In short: IT'S A GREAT HAT!
I had a pure buffalo fiber beanie that I knit myself from yarn that a friend gifted me nearly 20 years ago. Never had I had that type of yarn before, soft, warm and lightweight. Then I misplaced that old hat and thought I would never find that quality again, until I found BWC. Your beanie is as awesome as I thought it would be. I love it! btw, I do like to wash it so that the fibers get all fuzzy all over, makes it so much softer.
