Bison "Buffalo" Jerky
This pure bison jerky is made from thinly sliced Buffalo Round Steaks. The jerky is then seasoned, slowly cooked, and dried to perfection. It has a great flavor and isn't too chewy like most jerky. Made only in Jackson Hole, never soak our jerky, only dry rub. And no soy products in either the sticks or whole muscle jerky.
