Material Composition
Here at The Buffalo Wool Co., our yarn bases for all our gear is (and will always be) natural fibers. This means that the internal structure of your socks (the parts that touch your skin) will be made from bison fiber, merino wool, mulberry silk, and other 100% natural fibers.
The overall composition (the parts that touch your skin plus everything else) will include other materials like nylon or polyester. This is done to make the sock more durable and ensure that your socks work (and play) as hard as you do.

There are some happy Monks at our Monastery in Ouzinkie Alaska and on the Monastery in Hebrides (Mull Island), Scotland sporting now Monastic Skufiia (Formerly aka Bison Beanies) and with warm and dry feet with the bison socks.

It is very warm and absolutely does the job. For style only I would prefer it a bit longer. Underscore style only. Otherwise it does the job and is ver comfortable.

Only one size to buy for women. Unfortunately it was just a little too small according to my wife. It didn’t quite cover her ears. Otherwise a nice hat. However, due to the size she probably won’t wear it and maybe we’ll give it to our daughter.

Like for real - who knew this fiber excited? I stumbled onto Ron & Theresa and Buffalo Wool Co at Stitches Midwest when ShibaGuyz tweeted about them. What a find! The yarn is simply soft and luxurious and I even purchased 2 finished hats because … um they are awesome. One for me and one for hubs. I want to live in this hat. SO SOFT!!! cannot rave about this company and this couple of wonderful people enough.
