MS-4
By Frank Collinson; Edited and Arranged by Mary Whatley Clarke. Artwork by Harold Bugbee.
Collinson was born in Yorkshire England in 1855. By 17 he knew he wanted to be a "cowboy" in the American West, and he made his dream a reality. In 1872 he was working on a cattle ranch in south Texas. The book is an edited collection of his own writings and personal interviews. It is a fantastic glimpse, from another man's prospective, of how Texas was settled and developed.
All copies are "vintage"; all in good to very good shape.
