Exceptional customer service!

I purchased a cone of bison yarn on sale and was prepared to wait while things were going on with the big sale and the virus. We ran into a shipping hiccup with USPS and the customer service I received from The Buffalo Wool Company owners was nothing short of exceptional! The follow-thru was truly impressive and I would highly recommend this company based on that fact alone, but the yarn is exquisite and delicious and I just couldn't be happier! I'm sure you will be too!
