What's a Packaroon? We're so glad you asked! It's a coconut cookie for your backpack!
These little gluten-free macaroons are what started it all. This was one of the first recipes that Heather developed with her small home dehydrator back in 2011. Now, Packaroons have made their way into packs across the globe, providing adventurers with healthy calories when they need them most.
