Sometimes brown is not an option, our same Extreme gloves dyed black. It doesn't matter if you are bowhunting in Iowa, or fishing in Alaska, if you figured the cost for every minute you get to spend out in the field, anything that betters your chances of staying warm and dry is worth it.
Lightweight, surprisingly soft, and seriously strong answer to unprepared wilderness newbies. Clocking in at 6x warmer than wool, these are pro-quality and "buff-tough". The best part, get them wet, they just wick the moisture a.way from your skin, and keep you warm and comfortable, unlike most man-made fibers, maintain their insulating properties when wet.
Tough enough to survive an ice age.
Combed from the insulating, downy undercoat of the American Bison, until you put these on, it's hard to believe their ultra-soft comfort and lightweight warmth. These fingerless gloves are so lightweight that they are only 1.2 oz per glove. These gloves are durable, absorb moisture without feeling damp, and retain body heat well. Made in the USA. Machine washable. Like all of our bison products, 100% guaranteed.. either you love em, or we buy em back.

Very warm and soft, my go to glove for everyday use during the Alaska winter! The best fingerless gloves I have ever worn, much warmer than my old wool insert gloves, and cuts the wind! Thank you so much for such a great product!

These gloves meet my expectations. I anticipated them to be warm and comfortable, and they definitely perform there. I've only worn them a few times and I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 since they seem loosely woven...which the advertising photos don't convey. Overall though, I'd recommend them.

I bought a pair of these a couple of years ago for my partner who is a bus driver. They have been worn continually since. I have never had to wash them, they just shrug off dirt and sweat and wet weather. They are fantastic and I am planning to buy another pair for my son soon.

These gloves are so much more then I expected, thicker, warmer, softer, and they dry so fast! Best pair of fingerless gloves I own. So much thicker then Alpaca, much warmer then Alpaca, and even softer then Alpaca. I haven't had them long yet but I am sure they will way outlast my Alpaca and even my Shetland wool gloves (and did I mention how much softer they are too?!)
And the service here at The Buffalo Wool Co. is the greatest, fast service all around. A Definite RECOMMEND!

These are a Christmas gift so I haven't heard the raves yet other than my own, but I can gtell they are going to be wonderful, perfect for our winter days.

I wear these gloves as a docent on the bluff overlooking the elephant seal rookery at Piedras Blancas in California. Much of the year it's cold and windy, not your typical SoCal beach. Hundreds of thousands of visitors come to see this wildlife spectacle, http://elephantseals.blogspot.com/, and I want to help them understand these wonderful animals. The fingerless gloves allow me to keep my hands warm and still display educational materials about the seals and their habitat. I wouldn't be without them.

The excellent coverage of the fingers leaves just the last joint to the tip of my fingers exposed, a real boon for the coming winter. They are as warm as I'd want and far more capable than any sheep wool gloves I've come across. I am very pleased with them, I needed these :)
only negative is they are larger across the palm than I'd expected (size large). This is a far second to my hands remaining warm so in summation still very good.

I picked up a pair of these at the NRA show, worth every cent. I have Reynaud's disease, so my hands hurt all the time from the knuckles down into my fingers. Fingerless gloves have become a way of life for me and these are the best I have found. They keep my hands warm and comfortable no matter what, and when I do have to take them off, they dry quickly and retain heat well.

The buffalo gloves are great! I had them on my Hinchinbrook Island deer hunt last fall, and my hands stayed warm, even when they were wet.

Purchased these gloves over a year ago. They still look new after a year of hard use. They get softer the more you wear them and don't absorb water. Did I mention that these gloves do NOT itch. I wear them pretty much year round for hunting and general use around the farm. Very warm and still allow you to do fine work with your fingers. Excellent product. I would definitely recommend them.
