A great quick one skein project simple enough for a beginner, but fun enough for even the most experienced knitter. Knitted in ultra-soft, seriously warm bison down, Here is the “perfect for anyone hat” you have been looking for. It can be worn as a slouch or a full coverage hat that can be worn folded, rolled, or flat down over the ears for those colder days. From sailors to skaters, this will become your go to hat pattern for your family and friends, and you will probably want at least one yourself.

I was doubtful as to the claims of warmth and ease of pattern when I bought them at the NYS Sheep and Wool Festival. Anxiously I started the hat and it WAS easy. The pattern is simple but looks FABULOUS when finished. My son in law is dancing around the house and the neighborhood with his hat on. It is light weight but very warm. It had better be: My son in law is bald. He is bragging that no one has a hat like his! So I ordered more to make one for my daughter and one for their baby.
I saw this hat at rhinebeck and my husband loved it. We bought the yarn (sexy) and I finished the hat the next week. It's really perfect.
Nice for use with the mini loom.
