We stock over 20 different bison meat cuts ranging from steaks and burgers to organs and bones. All items are frozen, individually packaged, and sold by the pound. Our products are available on a variety of retail shelves throughout Indiana as well as dozens of menus featuring both burgers and steaks. Check our website for specific locations.
In addition to frozen bison meat, we operate a food trailer that serves delicious prepared bison dishes. Think comfort food you're familiar with that has a fun bison twist. Look for us at large events throughout Indiana.
